I don't know if I need a full makeover, but cosmetics are fun. I'm pretty happy with my hair unless I need to go somewhere fancy; I know how to braid it to keep it out of my face for work. And elves don't grow beards.

[Ilphyl only occasionally wears their hair down, and it is usually a very deliberate choice.]

Also, if you have any hair dyes to get a silvery color, just keep some aside. Ritual purposes.
