This is more directed to those, who like me have been dragged to this world, though I won't fault a native for listening in.

I am curious as to what we might have in common: world names, languages, culture, technology - and what is different.

This isn't just idle curiosity or a means of trying to find some comfort of familiarity in such a strange land, but I suspect if there is enough of a commonality in one area or another, we could in someway use it to our advantage against the Empire.

Well...

[There's a disconcerting moment where Rezo has trouble putting his thoughts into the words of his own native tongue, and the words start out uncertain, but grow steadier as he speaks:]

{I come from the barrier lands on the world known as the Red Orb. I've travelled to various lands, from the Elmekia Empire to the countries of the Coastal Alliance and the frozen edges of Kalmaart. I used to be a priest serving under His Radiance, Flare Dragon Cepheid, as well as a researcher working with the Sorcerer's Guild.}

This is the second world I've been to. My homeworld is a lot more technologically advanced than this one but with no magic to speak of; the other world I've been to is about the same as here, maybe a little less advanced than the Empire in tech but with strong magic.

I know... two languages from my world well enough for conversation, picked up bits of three others - one for ritual, one from my hobbies, one from living next to a lot of speakers.

Ah...don't think Ah've met anyone here from my world...or, at least, my land. But we don't know what a lot o'the world looks like, either. Until recently, we thought jus' the continent o'Tellius was it. But...maybe my world shares a language with somethin'?

[Despite having a better grasp of this new language, she cannot get rid of her accent. It sounds like some mix of the southeast US and...the Chūgoku dialect? It's really country.]

Uh...{Ah'm Nephenee, a Sentinel from the country of Crimea, under Her Majesty Queen Elincia. Originally, Ah'm from Ohma, though. It's a lil' village up north.}

[Whatever language she's speaking, it...sounds somewhat European, sort of but not quite like a very flowy Slavic? Tellesian is a weird one, and her dialect more so.]

I speak a number of languages. But, I have not yet seen any other {humans} from my world, only the local peoples, which include people similar to those who live east of my home Empire.

[OOC Note: Aerich's world has two groups derived from humanity, both of which insist they are human and the others are not. He's from the group that is more different than baseline humans.]

[Gohan tries switching to his native tongue. It's almost word-for-word the same as standard Japanese.]

I come from a planet called Earth. I live on the slopes of Mt. Paozu, and go to school in Satan City. Um...

[He thinks before continuing, again in his native tongue.]

Have you ever heard of objects called "Dragon Balls?"

The planet I come from is also called Earth, but much of its ecosystem was destroyed in the late 20th century by a large-scale nuclear exchange. Technology has developed rapidly since, but magic only existed in popular culture from before the event humans call "Judgment Day".
